Naveed Electronics started in 1996 as a small electrical repair bench in Al Satwa. Three decades later the address hasn’t changed, and neither has the approach: diagnose it properly, quote it honestly, fix it once.
We handle everything electrical and mechanical that lives in a UAE home — air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, gas and electric cookers, televisions, microwaves and water heaters — for apartments, villas, offices, restaurants and building management companies.

Appliance repair in Dubai — answered
How much does appliance repair cost in Dubai?
It depends on the appliance and the part. A minor fix such as a drain pump, thermostat or igniter is the cheapest category, while compressor and control-board work costs more because the part itself is expensive. We give you a price range on the phone and a fixed quote after diagnosis, which you approve before we start. As a rule, if a repair would cost more than half the price of a new unit, we tell you to replace it instead.
Do you offer same-day repair?
Yes. For most areas of Dubai we attend the same day, usually within two to four hours of your call. Fridges and air conditioners are treated as emergencies. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi are scheduled by appointment, often next day.
Is there a call-out or inspection charge?
Diagnosis is included free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to proceed after we have inspected, a small inspection fee applies for the visit — we tell you the amount before the technician is dispatched, so nothing is a surprise.
What warranty do you give on repairs?
Ninety days on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and fix it at no cost. Keep the job card we leave with you — it is your warranty document.
Do you repair my brand?
Almost certainly. We work on Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Ariston, Whirlpool, Indesit, Zanussi, Electrolux, Beko, Daewoo, Hitachi, Panasonic, Toshiba, Kenwood, General Electric, Hoover, Candy, Super General and most other brands sold in the UAE, including built-in European models. Send us the model number on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you book.
Can you repair the appliance at my home?
Most of the time, yes. Our technicians carry the spares that fail most often, so the majority of jobs are completed in a single visit at your home or office. Board-level electronics and TV panel work sometimes needs the bench, in which case we collect the unit, repair it at our Al Satwa workshop and deliver it back to you.
Do you service villas and buildings, not just apartments?
Yes. Alongside households we handle annual maintenance contracts for villa communities, offices, restaurants, cafeterias and building management companies. Tell us how many units are involved and we will quote a contract rate rather than a per-visit rate.
