No water pumping through
The pump has failed or an airlock has formed after descaling. Often the pump, sometimes just a primed line.
No pressure, lukewarm coffee, a leak or a descale warning that won't clear? We repair espresso, bean-to-cup, capsule and filter machines from every major brand — and we fix the scale damage that Dubai's hard water causes.
Find your symptom below — each tells you the usual cause, so you know what you're dealing with before you call.
The pump has failed or an airlock has formed after descaling. Often the pump, sometimes just a primed line.
A perished seal, a cracked water tank, or a split internal hose. Common as gaskets harden with age and heat.
A failed thermoblock or heating element, or heavy scale insulating it. In Dubai this is nearly always scale.
Blocked group head or portafilter, worn seals, or pressure loss from scale in the boiler.
Jammed or worn burrs, a stuck bean chute, or a failed grinder motor.
A clogged flow meter or a sensor fault. We clear the fault properly rather than just resetting it.
Every type of coffee machine, handled in-house by our own technicians.
Dubai's water is hard, and a coffee machine boils it every single day. Scale builds on the heating element and inside the boiler faster than almost anywhere else, which is why lukewarm coffee, weak pressure and descale warnings are the most common faults we see. Regular descaling is the single biggest thing that extends a machine's life here — and when we repair one, we descale it properly as part of the job so the fault doesn't come straight back.
A mid-range or premium machine — De'Longhi, Jura, Saeco, Gaggia, a built-in Bosch or Siemens — is almost always worth repairing; the parts cost a fraction of a new unit. A cheap entry-level machine sometimes isn't, and we'll tell you honestly which side yours falls on before you spend anything.
Automatic bean-to-cup and built-in kitchen machines have more that can go wrong — grinders, brew units, flow meters and control boards on top of the usual pump and heater. They're also the most expensive to replace, so they're exactly the machines where a proper repair pays off. We service them on the bench at our Al Satwa workshop with the right parts.
Yes — espresso, bean-to-cup, capsule and filter machines from all major brands, same day for most of Dubai.
It depends on the fault and the part. A descale or seal is inexpensive; a pump, thermoblock or control board costs more. You get a range on the phone and a fixed quote after diagnosis, approved before any work starts.
Almost always, yes. In Dubai this is usually limescale on the heating element or a failed thermoblock. We descale and replace parts as needed.
De'Longhi, Nespresso, Jura, Saeco, Philips, Krups, Gaggia, Breville, Bosch, Siemens and most others sold in the UAE, including built-in kitchen machines.
Simple faults we handle at your home. Bean-to-cup and built-in machines usually come to our Al Satwa workshop for bench work, then back to you.
Yes — 90 days on parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and fix it free.
Call the workshop or send a photo of the machine on WhatsApp — most repairs are booked in under two minutes.
