Our story
How a one-bench repair shop became a UAE-wide service
In 1996, Dubai looked nothing like it does now. Al Satwa was where you went when something electrical stopped working, and Naveed Khan opened a small repair bench on one of its side streets, fixing televisions, fans and refrigerators for the neighbourhood.
What changed over the following three decades was the equipment, not the principle. Mechanical timers became control boards. Window AC units became inverter splits. Simple top-loaders became sensor-driven front-loaders with error codes. Every one of those shifts meant retraining, new diagnostic tools and new spare-part suppliers — and that accumulated experience is exactly what you are hiring when you call us today.
The business now covers air conditioning, refrigeration, laundry, dishwashing, cooking appliances, televisions and small kitchen equipment for homes, villas, offices, restaurants and building management companies across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. The workshop in Al Satwa is still the centre of it, and you can walk in.

The bench opens
Naveed Khan begins repairing televisions, fans and refrigerators for Al Satwa residents. Word of mouth is the only marketing.

Letting a stranger open your appliance takes trust. These are the commitments every Naveed Electronics technician works to.
Ninety days of cover
Parts and labour are both warranted for 90 days. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return free.
Genuine parts, or your call
Original or manufacturer-grade spares as standard. Where a genuine part is discontinued we say so and let you decide.
Honest advice on replacement
If the repair costs more than half a new unit, we tell you to buy new. We would rather lose the job than sell you a bad one.
Explained in your language
English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Pashto. You should understand what failed and why, not just what it cost.
A real address
We are a registered workshop in Al Satwa, not a subcontracted call centre. If something goes wrong, you know exactly where to find us.

Every technician who arrives at your door works for Naveed Electronics directly. They are trained in-house on the specific brands and faults that turn up most often in UAE homes — hard-water damage in washing machines, dust loading in AC coils, voltage issues on control boards, gas-hose wear on hobs.
That matters because Dubai’s conditions break appliances in particular ways. A technician who has seen the same fault a hundred times, in this climate, reaches the answer faster — which is why most of our jobs finish in one visit instead of three.

How long has Naveed Electronics been operating in Dubai?
Since 1996 — around thirty years — from the same workshop in Al Satwa, Dubai. The business has been run continuously by the same family throughout.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. Naveed Electronics operates as a licensed electrical equipment repairing business in Dubai. Trade licence details are available on request and are printed on our invoices.
Do you take annual maintenance contracts?
We do. Villa communities, offices, restaurants, cafeterias and building management companies can arrange scheduled cover for air conditioning and appliances at a contract rate rather than per visit. Tell us how many units are involved and we will price it.
Can I visit the workshop instead of booking a home visit?
Yes. Small appliances such as microwaves, blenders, juicers and mixers are often quicker and cheaper to bring to us in Al Satwa. Call first so a technician is free when you arrive.
What happens if the repair doesn’t hold?
Keep the job card we leave with you. If the same fault returns within 90 days, call the number on it and we come back and fix it at no charge, parts and labour included.
