How quickly can someone come out?
Same day for most of Dubai, usually within two to four hours. Fridge and AC breakdowns are treated as emergencies. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi are by appointment, often next day.
What will it cost?
You get a realistic range on the phone and a fixed quote after diagnosis, which you approve before any work starts. If a repair would cost more than about half the price of a new unit, we tell you to replace it instead.
Do you repair my brand?
Almost certainly — Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Ariston, Whirlpool, Indesit, Zanussi, Electrolux, Beko, Daewoo, Hitachi, Panasonic, Toshiba and most others sold in the UAE, including built-in European models. Send the model number on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you book.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — 90 days on parts and labour. If the same fault returns inside that period we come back and fix it free.
