From one bench to
a UAE-wide service
In 1996, Al Satwa was where you went when something electrical stopped working. Naveed Khan opened a repair bench on one of its side streets, fixing televisions, fans and refrigerators for the neighbourhood.
What changed over the following three decades was the equipment, not the principle. Mechanical timers became control boards. Window AC units became inverter splits. Simple top-loaders became sensor-driven front-loaders with error codes. Every one of those shifts meant retraining, new diagnostic tools and new spare-part suppliers — and that accumulated experience is what you are hiring when you call us today.
The business now covers air conditioning, refrigeration, laundry, dishwashing, cooking appliances, televisions, water heaters and small kitchen equipment for homes, villas, offices, restaurants and building management companies across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
How the workshop grew
The bench opens
Naveed Khan begins repairing televisions, fans and refrigerators for Al Satwa residents. Word of mouth is the only marketing.
Into air conditioning
As Dubai builds upward, split-system AC repair and gas refilling becomes a core service alongside white goods.
European built-ins
Villa communities fill with Bosch, Siemens, Ariston and Zanussi built-in appliances. We train and stock parts specifically for them.
Doorstep-first service
Most repairs now happen in the customer’s home on the first visit, with the workshop reserved for board-level and panel work.

Same-day coverage across Dubai, with scheduled service in Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi — run from the same Al Satwa address we started at.

- Ninety days of coverParts and labour are both warranted. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return free.
- Genuine parts, or your callOriginal or manufacturer-grade spares as standard. Where a genuine part is discontinued we say so and let you decide.
- Honest about replacementIf the repair costs more than half a new unit, we tell you to buy new rather than sell you the job.
- Explained in your languageEnglish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Pashto. You should understand what failed and why, not just what it cost.
